Reicher’s identity is uniquely Catholic. Through daily prayer and scripture, retreats, celebration of the Sacraments, weekly student-led Mass, and a spiritually infused curriculum, Reicher fosters an opportunity for our students to grow in their personal relationship with God. Faith formation at Reicher includes Catholic Theology and a dedication to serving others, contributing over 6,500 hours of community service each year. Significantly, the aspect of our mission students and families mention most is the “family spirit”—or what we call “community”

Catholic educators say, “Our mission is to get students into heaven first—then into Harvard.” Most families choose a Reicher education, even if they are of other faiths, because they seek an excellent college preparatory education. Because of Reicher’s rigorous curriculum, students are ambitiously applying and being accepted to competitive colleges, both in and out of state. Every senior takes the SAT and/or ACT and the average score on both tests exceed the state and national averages.

Reicher’s outstanding athletic program has led to 15 State Championships in 8 sports over the last 11 years. Our athletic success is due in part to the program’s inclusive philosophy—every student who wishes to participate can participate. The majority of Reicher students play multiple sports throughout their high school careers. This philosophy supports community while providing each student the opportunity to continue to improve physically as well as develop life skills such as confidence, leadership skills, self-discipline, and teamwork.
