Application packets will be mailed and are to be returned to the main office. Records should be requested through the previous school and should be sent directly to RCHS. | ||

| 2. Catholic School Students from Northern Deanery (St. Louis and St. Mary’s West). | ||
__ All 8th grade students will receive an application packet in the mail in late January. __ Recommendation forms for each 8th grader will be sent to the respective Catholic school. __ RCHS will request records from the Catholic school which will be forwarded directly to RCHS. __ RCHS will request completed recommendation forms and student records from the respective Catholic school by February 20, 2009 |

| 3. Admission Committee will review applications and render decisions according to the following timeline: | ||
__ February 23rd – 28th for Catholic school students and those applications submitted by February 20, __ After March 1st – for those applications received after February 20th. __ Applications received after March 1st will be reviewed on an individual basis as space is available. |

__ Beginning March 6th – for applications submitted by February 20th. __ After March 16th - for applications received after March 1st, decisions will be mailed individually. |
